**The responsibilities for this position as Procurement & Sourcing Officer are**:

- **Take charge of the end-to-end procurement process, from Purchase Order to goods Receipt to Invoice Verification, utilizing our SAP system.**:

- ** Utilize Material Requirements Planning to ensure timely ordering and delivery**:

- ** Maintain close relationships with suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to the quality standards.**:

- ** Optimize inventory levels to avoid excess or obsolete stock, while ensuring uninterrupted supply.**:

- ** Take ownership of your key performance indicators (KPIs) and constantly strive to simplify processes and achieve targets.**:

- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Quality,and Supply Chain, to source the best ingredients that fuel the brand's innovation.**:

- ** Develop and implement strategies for ingredient sourcing, utilizing strategic sourcing methods and conducting RFX processes.**:

- ** Lead negotiations and contract implementation, aiming for optimal terms and conditions.**:

- ** Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and actively seek new potential suppliers and emerging trends.**:

- ** Be an integral part of our dynamic Procurement team, collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.**:

- ** Report directly to the Procurement Manager, providing insights and updates on procurement activities.**

**The required qualifications for the Procurement & Sourcing Officer are**:

- **Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of procurement experience.**:

- ** Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.**:

- ** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.**:

- ** Proficiency in SAP and advanced knowledge of Excel, empowering you to navigate complex systems and analyze data effectively.**:

- ** Fluent in Dutch and/or French, as well as English.**
