**ABOUT YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
Fintech sits at the intersection of strategy and revenue. Our mission is to power the seamless transactions between HubSpot and our customers. The Fintech team owns HubSpot's pricing and packaging strategy along with the facilitation of our customer's buying, renewal, and subscription management experience.
As the Product Designer for the Subscription Management Experience team, you'll be responsible for managing the process and implementation of how customers make changes to their HubSpot subscription with confidence and clarity. These changes can vary from simple changes like switching payment methods to upgrading, downgrading or even canceling their services with HubSpot. At HubSpot, we don't believe in dark patterns, so we would never "block the exit" or create friction in the customer's subscription management experience. We believe in seamless UX through and through. You'll be crafting solutions for high impact moments in our customers' journey that are also high impact for our business.
This role will require strong UX fundamentals to partner closely with our content designers, UX Researchers, product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to craft vision, inform priorities, validate solutions, and measure success for our customer base. You'll collaborate with your partners to inform the long term direction but also solve current problems to meet existing goals while ensuring the mission is heading towards that vision.

- Co-create a shared strategy, vision, and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area in partnership with product management, engineering peers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive design and research techniques to uncover customer needs and pain points.
- Use our HubSpot Design System to craft thoughtful solutions that are customer-first and informed by qualitative and quantitative data.
- Create alignment through strong communication skills that clearly outline your decisions and strategy.
- Support new business development efforts by providing expert information and presentations to leadership.
- Hold yourself and others accountable for quality of work and progress.
- Balance customer and business goals to build compelling journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs.
- Work autonomously and with the customer experience and business goals in mind.
