Job description
You are responsible for purchasing processes for investment & maintenance projects, from the creation of purchase requests to the follow up of invoicing.
Monthly reporting of the ongoing investments budgets for the insulation plants.
General administration and managing technical documentation for the projects and investments department.
Key user for maintenance management software (ULTIMO) to give first line support and escalate with supplier when needed. Create work instructions and standard procedures for system.
Support maintenance teams to keep data up-to-date (equipment structure, spare parts, master data, etc.)
Profile
You have a strong affinity with IT, configuration and databases. You have a solid knowledge of MS Office package.
High accuracy level in reporting and data input.
You have communication and analytical skills.
You are flexible and dare to take initiative.
You have technical insight and the ability to understand technical information.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English required.
