Notre équipe « Research », au sein du Département Research & Design, est à la recherche d’un.e Veilleur.euse stratégique, pour implémenter et suivre une stratégie de veille stratégique, collaborative et transversale à toute l’Agence

**Votre équipe**:
En acceptant la mission _d’Analyse socio-économique - Veilleur.euse stratégique_, au grade d’Attaché.e, vous rejoindrez une équipe passionnée de onze personnes au sein de la BU Research.

L’objectif de votre future équipe est simple **:alimenter les politiques régionales de la Région Bruxelles-Capitale, en développant une connaissance spécifique et valorisée de l’écosystème économique et de l’entrepreneuriat, en lien avec le reste du monde.**

**Vos missions**:
**Votre mission principale sera d’implémenter et de suivre une stratégie de veille stratégique, collaborative et transversale à toute l’Agence.**
- **Réaliser un audit interne en matière de veille**
- Identifier les besoins en matière de veille en interne, mais aussi celle existante au sein de l’Agence : veille internationale, veille sectorielle, veille publics-cibles, veille projet (ponctuelle).

**2. Participer activement à l’identification de sujets d’études**
- Effectuer une veille permanente sur les sujets liés à l’activité macro de hub.brussels ou jugés prioritaires par l’Agence ;
- Centraliser les demandes d’informations ou d’études émanant des directions opérationnelles/métiers de l’Agence ;
- Identifier ou proposer des sujets d’études stratégiques permettant d’anticiper ou de répondre aux besoins de l’Agence ;
- Proposer des méthodologies adaptées : recours à des prestataires et/ou des partenaires, délais, budgets, mode de diffusion finale de l’information

**3. Collecter et structurer les sources et ressources (parties prenantes - stakeholders)**
- Collecter l’ensemble des sources et ressources utiles à la mise en place de l’implémentation d’une stratégie de veille (réponses aux demandes internes/externes, veille, monitorings, réalisation d’études,).

**4. Structurer la veille transversale au sein de l’Agence**
- Proposer une procédure et une gouvernance en terme de veille au sein de l’Agence - du process, à la diffusion de cette connaissance en passant par la prise de décision et l’identification d’opportunités, définition des priorités et des flux en matière de veille.

**5. Implémenter, suivre et alimenter une plateforme de veille collaborative efficace.**

**Votre profil**:
**Critères exclusifs**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un **diplôme de master**, **à orientation sciences humaines** (politiques, économiques, commerciales, sociales, histoire contemporaine, communication, marketing ).
- Si vous avez obtenu votre diplôme à l’étranger, merci de nous faire parvenir son équivalence reconnue par l’une des communautés de l’Etat belge._
- Avoir **une expérience de 1 année minimum** **dans une fonction similaire** ou au sein d’une équipe ayant des missions similaires ou en veille stratégique.
- ** Vous maitrisez au moins l’une des deux langues officielles (français/néerlandais) et être disposé.e à apprendre la deuxième.
