Profiel Our client is a company located in Belgium, specializing in the production and packaging of organic and organic-mineral fertilizers. It is a financially strong and prosperous family company with a long tradition, introducing new production techniques and constantly innovating products. They offer a full range of horticultural products, fertilizers (individual and compounded), soil improvers, potting soil, cover crops, etc. Intensive production has dictated the opening of several additional jobs for the position of:
Production Operator.

As an operator, you are responsible for:

- Receipt and collection of raw materials verifying quantity, quality and consistency
- Overseeing production in a fully integrated and automated production process consisting of several production steps to obtain product in accordance with quality, quantity specifications, respecting the scheduled production plan
- Setting up machines in accordance with the production process
- Control of equipment and monitoring of production process progress
- Change of equipment
- Technical inspection of installations and warning maintenance when necessary
- Daily maintenance activities

Vaardigheden & kennis - You have a license to drive a reach truck or are prepared to pass it
- You speak English at a communicative level
- You have a first work experience or an extended production scholarship
- You are prepared to work 2 shifts (from September on 3 shifts)
- Performing technical-administrative-care and operational tasks
