Sparkling Receptionist

**Discription**:
For our X office, we are looking for a sparkling receptionist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be the first point of contact and provide a warm welcome to our customers, vendors and employees.
- Your hospitality and positive energy will ensure that people never forget what it is like to be welcomed at Easi.
- You will have daily contact with your colleagues, visitors and customers. Because of this, the tasks are very varied:

- You are responsible for welcoming our visitors, internal co-workers and ensuring a professional welcome.
- You are the first point of contact when they call the company and refer them to the appropriate contact person.
- You manage the internal and external mail: dispatching and processing is done via our computer system.
- You manage the operational side of various services such as car keys, payment of suppliers, lunches,....
- You will be part of a service-oriented team and report to our HR manager.

**Profile**:
**Must-have**:

- You are fluent in Dutch and French
- You have a first relevant professional experience
- Besides being a real team player, you are also sociable and flexible
- A dynamic and customer-oriented attitude combined with excellent communication skills make you the man or woman for this job

***Nice-to-have**:

- Bachelor
- Knowledge of English
