**What can you expect?**:
As a Controller within Tobania it is never boring, no two weeks are the same. Together with other colleagues you manage budgets and forecasts & are always looking for improvements for our financial processes. A challenge, but wasn't that exactly what you were looking for?
What will you be doing
- Business
Controlling. As controller, you are a full-fledged business partner. You are responsible for preparing budgets and forecasts in close cooperation with our Business Unit Directors. You lead business review meetings with top and middle management to clarify the results and to gain insight into the current performance. You discuss the status, foresee possible action plans and translate their possible impact on the forecast.
- Analysis. You analyze the variances of the P&L actuals against budget/forecasting. You
can detect pain points and provide clear insights and explanations.
- Reporting. You will also draw up ad hoc reports depending on the needs.
- Projects. You will be involved in various projects (improvement of accrual process, monthly cost allocation, maintenance of ERP data,...) and help in the proper follow-up and execution of these projects.

We have a few essentials in mind. But even more important than the list below, are your desire and drive to go for it together
- You have a (master's or bachelor's) degree in a financial direction.
- You have 2-3 years of experience within audit, financial analysis or a similar role.
- You enjoy working autonomously and on a project basis, but as a real team player you also like to discuss the best way to go with your colleagues.
- You have a good dose of analytical and critical thinking and communication skills.
- Any affinity with power BI / Tableau is a plus.
- "Hands-on", "Proactive", and "solution-oriented" are your middle names. You are also flexible and eager to learn.
- You express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. If you can also express yourself nicely in French, that's a nice to have.
