- As part of our ESG Advisory Business Practice, you will have a chance to contribute to the further expansion of our ESG/Sustainability services and to help organisations transition to more sustainable business management and reporting. _
What will you be doing?:
- What exactly will your duties involve?_
- As a Senior ESG Consultant, you support clients with their sustainability transition, adapted to their level of ambition, company context and maturity. Our ESG Advisory projects on which you will contribute are linked to our sustainabiltiy Journey, being (i) support companies to develop their ESG Strategy by assessing their current ESG maturity including benchmarking, defining their ESG focus topics and ambitions using a (double) materiality assessment and developing a program incl target setting and (ii) assist companies to (further) develop their ESG reporting from A to Z. Your focus will be on clients that need to be compliant with the European ESG Reporting Requirements (CSRD and EU Taxonomy implementations). You will benefit from the already developed solutions that are well appreciated by the market and the knowledge built at our ESG Competence Center that will support you to stay updated on sustainability developments and market regulation at all time. You will boost the successful launch of our ESG services to the next level._
- More specifically, you will make a real impact by advising companies on:_
- _ Execution of our ESG Advisory projects supported by the other team members of the ESG Advisory Business Practice_
- _ Supporting clients activating/improving their ESG strategy and Setting up ESG reporting processes to comply with increasingly complex (future) regulations._
- _ Setting up reporting processes to comply with increasingly complex current and future regulations. _
- _Collaborate closely with colleagues from various Business Practices in order to create a real impact for our clients._
What do you bring to the table?:

- _ You are driven to accelerate the transition to sustainable business operations._
- _ You have work experience (1-4 years) in a consulting firm (advisory, audit, accounting, ) and/or have work experience in ESG related matters. ESG related technical know-how (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, Carbon accounting, ) and a proven track record in advisory, audit or consulting services is a strong asset._
- You can manage to **work on different projects** at the same time and are capable of **setting priorities**:
- You want to take **initiative** and **bring new ideas** to the table while **listening** carefully to your colleagues’ point of view.
- _ You have a strong Adaptability and willingness to learn. As ESG consultant you like to be updated on evolving ESG trends, regulations and reporting standards._

- _ You have Dutch or French as first language and speak fluent English._
