**Your responsibilities at a glance**:
General Management
- Participate and add value to the overall performance of the IT organization
- Participate in IT team meetings and actively contribute and support
- Ensure you have the training needed to support your daily work activities
- Create and maintain strong relationships with involved IT teams and suppliers
- Ensure QMS (quality management system) processes are being adhered to
IT project delivery
- Understand and use the IT project management methodology and toolset
- Managing and leading the IT project team and owning the IT budget of the project
- Developing and maintaining a detailed IT project plan
- Recording, managing and drive the resolution of IT project issues
- Managing IT project scope and change control, monitoring IT project progress and performance
- Providing IT status reports to the PIM
- Manage IT project risks and mitigation
- Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements
- Hand over system requirements to development partner
- Document the B2B/EDI requirement specification. Hand over specifications to B2B development partner
- Conduct functional and integration testing
- Support UAT
- Deliver IT solution documentation (e.g. SRS) as needed
- Ensure successful handover of solutions to the IT Support teams
- Track cost actuals against the IT budget and the business case to ensure benefit realization
**Requirements for the Job**:
- 3+ years’ experience in logistics and 3+years’ experience within an IT project management function
- Service Logistics or related industry knowledge is a distinct advantage
- Proven track record in managing large and complex IT projects
- Working experience with project portfolio software, eg MS Project, Planview,...
- Proven experience with Logistics IT solutions (WMS, TMS, EDI integration)
- Ability to lead and manage a cross country, multicultural team
- Understanding of budget control
- Bachelor degree
