**TECHNICAL IT PROJECT MANAGER JUNIOR (H/F/X)**Votre défi **:

- Venez continuer de construire avec eux l’IT de leurs PMEs pour mieux faire face à demain dès aujourd’hui - Un
- **Technical IT Project Manager** chez Externaliz-it occupe une fonction
- **polyvalente et pluridisciplinaire** permettant de gérer les
- **aspects métiers** auprès de nos PMEs ;
- Vos responsabilités ?
- Vous assurez la **coordination** et le **pilotage** des **projets informatiques** auprès de nos clients ;
- Vous êtes en mesure de développer un **plan projet** et un cadre pour le **reporting** du projet sur les éléments clés (périmètre, planning, budget, qualité, risques);
- Vous êtes capable de **mesurer les performances** du projet au moyen de systèmes, d’outils et de techniques adaptées ;
- Vous procédez à une **gestion des risques** afin de limiter les risques des projets ;
- Vous êtes responsable de l’élaboration des **documents fonctionnels** du projet, contribuer à leur cohérence (backlog agile, spécifications générales et détaillées, stratégie de tests, cahier de recette, etc );
- Vous assurez l’**animation/participation aux réunions** avec les différents interlocuteurs IT et/ou Métiers ;
- Enfin, vous intervenez sur des sujets techniques (digitalisation, certificats de sécurité, etc.).**Vos talents**:

- Facilitateur, excellent sens de la communication, esprit entrepreneurial et proactivité - Vous avez un **graduat ou un master** à orientation **Business ou IT** ;
- Vous avez le goût de l’**innovation**, êtes autonome et aimez le travail en équipe;
- Vous disposez d’un **background technique** (infrastructure informatique, développement, system engineer, etc.) ;
- Vous avez une bonne** capacité d’analyse**, un **esprit critique**, et de synthèse et savez prendre de la hauteur pour la compréhension des besoins clients ;
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en gestion du stress;
- Vous disposez de très bonnes** capacités organisationnelles** notamment de gestion du temps et de tâches multiples simultanées ;
- Vous parlez couramment le** français** et disposez d’un niveau intermédiaire en** anglais **;
- Une certification en gestion de projet est un atout.**Notre offre**:
