We are looking to fill the position of a** European Omnichannel & Content Lead** (OCC Lead); which is an evolved omnichannel/digital role meant to lead (prioritize, develop, customize and deploy) relevant content across the EU, in partnership with the areas by primarily using content and communication capabilities in company agreed channels and solutions to create the best experience for our customers.
It is an **integrated role** that connects and provides value to with targeted audience by working via both promotional and medical channels. Focus of the role is dermatology cross-functional content across indications and assets.
Together with EU Marketing, Medical Strategy and Access Leads, the OCC Lead provides the regional direction of the dermatology omnichannel communication strategy incl leading the deployment of scientific and commercial asset/therapy area content and communication thru online medical and marketing engagements using the right channels to create customer value.
As an iEU OCC Lead you like to work in an environment where you can:

- **provide **the **regional direction** of the global dermatology omnichannel **communication strategy**:
- ** lead the deployment** of **scientific and commercial asset/therapy area content** thru prescriber medical and marketing engagements using the right channels to create customer value.
- ** have the **E2E accountability** to drive strategy into execution and impact as to scientific and commercial content on respective media platforms
You will contribute by;
- **anticipating **changes** in the immunology **environment **and **collecting insights** on specialist community dialogues, disease area, product and channel preferences.
- creating a **publishing strategy **how to build impactful HCP relationship and maintain it based on the customer journey archetypes via a Global/regional **editorial calendar**.
- ** Providing strategic and content guidance** to solution teams in the European Community,
Driving consistency at EU level in the way key strategic activities will be executed in alignment with EU cross-functional and global partners. Lead in how content is repurposed across multiple platforms.
- ** internally educating **on what platforms the target audience uses and when they use them, how to engage with the audience, and how to leverage events/create presence and establish a company identity within the relevant community.
**Interested? For this position, we believe you have worked some time in pharma, either in medical or marketing with solid knowledge of therapy area(s), high interest in communication and clinical data and experience of pharma compliance**
- Minimum 10 years of healthcare-related medical experience, or sales/ marketing, or market access experience in the pharma industry. Experience of working at either European or multi-country level and in a matrix organization.
- Track record of leading cross-business/cross-functional planning, collaborating and solution building
- Extensive recent experience in dermatology/rheumatology/immunology and strong technical expertise across the early engagement and commercialization spectrum
- Omnichannel/multichannel experience incl use of multiple platforms and communication channels
- Demonstrated experience of pharma compliance and governance activities and their pragmatic implementation
