As a L3 support technician, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the charging station development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support for our clientele in complex issues, locally and through tickets
- Failure analysis
- Joining service partners to gather feedback and pass on to development
- Provide training to service partners
- Provide input for product improvement to development department
- Evaluating product improvements
Profiel
- Bachelor in a technological/electrical field or equal by experience
- Dutch and English
- Communicative
- Team player
- Independent
- Fast learner
Pluses:
- L1 and L2 support experience
- Technologically inclined
- Networking experience
- Driving license
