**FLI Hospitality Management **is een hotelmanagementbedrijf dat verschillende internationale hotelmerken in België verenigt. Ons bedrijf is een snelgroeiend bedrijf, met de ambitie om meer hotels in de Benelux te verwerven, gekenmerkt door een open sfeer waar we teamwork waarderen.

We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een sterk profiel die de zwangerschapsperiode van de huidige _**Marketing & Creative Specialist **_kan vervullen voor een periode van **minimum 5 maanden vanaf september**, met de **mogelijkheid voor verlenging/vaste aanduiding**.

Je werkt samen met onze lokale hotelteams en General Managers en rapporteert aan de Director of Sales and Marketing. Ons kantoor is gevestigd in **Antwerpen**. Beperkte bezoeken aan de hotels (Gent, Hasselt, Antwerpen, Luik) zijn welkom, maar niet verplicht.

**FOCUS**
- De verantwoordelijkheden van de Marketing & Creative Specialist omvatten onder meer het **creëren **van **online en offline advertentiecampagnes** en het **volgen/analyseren** van hun **prestaties binnen **het **marketingbudget**, het **aansturen **van de **online vertegenwoordiging** van het **portfolio **en ervoor zorgen dat al het **marketingmateriaal **in overeenstemming is met de relevante merkidentiteit.
- Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, moet je hands-on marketingervaring hebben en in staat zijn om creatieve ideeën om te zetten in effectieve advertentieprojecten via een breed scala aan online en offline marketingkanalen.
- De Marketing & Creative Specialist ziet toe op de kwaliteit van de algehele online zichtbaarheid.

**FUNCTIEDOELSTELLINGEN**
- Analyseer de prestaties en inhoud van alle kanalen en geef optimalisatieaanbevelingen.
- Houd toezicht op de creatie en implementatie van de socialemediaplannen van hotels met de lokale teams, inclusief meetbare successtatistieken.
- Nauw samenwerken met bedrijfs
- en hotelteams, takenschema's maken voor de hotels en teams ondersteunen bij de implementatie van marketingtactieken op het terrein.
- Actief zoeken naar nieuwe ideeën om de communicatie met onze gasten te verbeteren en de gasttevredenheid te vergroten.
- Onderhouden en ontwikkelen van hotelwebsites, FLI-website en websites van derden via Content Management Systeem en extranetten.
- Plannen en organiseren van digitale marketingcampagnes, gericht op meer websiteverkeer en conversie.
- Volg de richtlijnen voor merkidentiteit/hotelmerkniveaus (bijv. IHG - ACCOR).
- Waardevolle en boeiende content produceren voor onze websites en blogs, die onze doelgroepen aantrekt en converteert.
- Opzetten en produceren van online en offline mailings namens FLI en de hotels.
- Ontwerp, creëer en produceer promotie
- en merchandisingmateriaal (inclusief het bestellen van bedrijfsmateriaal en ondersteuning van sourcingbureaus indien relevant).
- Ontwerp, creëer en coördineer advertenties, (nieuws)artikelen en plaatsingen, evenals promotiemateriaal binnen de corporate en brand richtlijnen van FLI hotels.
- Coördineren van activiteiten, evenementen in samenwerking met de hotelteams.
- Zorgen voor de juiste productpositionering in geschreven en promotiemateriaal, beschrijvende teksten en beeldmateriaal (intern en extern), binnen de FLI-richtlijnen van het bedrijf (Nederlands, Frans en Engels).
- Proeflees alle materialen voor extern gebruik en zorg voor correct gebruik van beeldmateriaal volgens de richtlijnen van het bedrijf en het merk.
- Plan en organiseer video's en fotoshoots van hotels (indien van toepassing).

**PROFIEL**
- Je combineert een bachelorsdiploma Cross Media Management-Marketing met mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring in Marketing en Social Media.
- Inzicht in de belangrijkste bedrijfsindicatoren en concurrentietrends, zowel online als offline.
- Ervaring met digitale en sociale media, inclusief websitebeheer, opzetten en optimaliseren van betaalde mediacampagnes (bijv. SEO/SEA).
- Goede kennis van MS Office en ontwerpsoftware (bijv. Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop CC).
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal (schriftelijk en mondeling).
- Oog voor design en creatieve persoonlijkheid.
- Hands-on mentaliteit en pro-activiteit.
- Teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
