Technical Coördinator

Mane Energy is looking for a Technical Coordinator for the Service of Overhead Lines & Underground Cables in Asset Management - mid-level.

The high-voltage grid in Belgium consists of over 6,000 km of lines, with approximately 20,000 towers, including 4,000 concrete towers and 16,000 metal towers, as well as nearly 4,000 km of underground cables. We are seeking technical and operational professionals to join our team and manage this part of the grid.

Service description:
The Technical Coordinator for Lines, Aerial & Submarine (LA&S) is responsible for coordinating the entire micro view process for high-voltage lines and underground cables (380, 220, 150, 70, and 36 kV).

This role primarily includes the following tasks:
Creating and maintaining the schedule for organizing micro views in collaboration with different departments (MAC and network operations).

Planning, preparing, and leading site start-up meetings for micro view inspections.

Assisting technical assistants in gathering information and preparing micro view reports, conducting data analyses, and processing the results of micro view assessments (measurements, visual checks, and drone inspections).

Reviewing the micro view reports for various Overhead Lines (OHL) assets and evaluating the involved contractors.

Preparing and monitoring reports using graphs.

Participating in multifunctional teams for procurement cases related to drone inspections and climbing inspections.

Organizing Proof of Concepts (PoC's) to test new inspection methods.

Creating and monitoring shopping cards in SAP.

Service expectations:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electromechanics.

Perfect command of Dutch and/or French.

Very good knowledge of the second national language.

Proficient in Word and Excel.

Strong sense of responsibility, pronounced organizational talent.

Effective and assertive communicator with a customer-oriented approach, valuing teamwork and resourcefulness. You possess strong persuasiveness.

Ability to prepare clear and structured reports or presentations about the results of your activities.

Experience in coordinating and monitoring processes.

Knowledge of high-voltage systems is a plus.

Willingness to travel within Belgium to visit high-voltage installations (approximately 2x/week).
