**Description de l'entreprise**
En qualité de pionnier dans le traitement et la valorisation **des déchets dangereux,** Veolia a ouvert la voie il y a plus de quarante ans en créant **SARPI (Sarpi Industries) **afin de répondre aux défis technologiques, économiques et environnementaux de ses clients et partenaires. Aujourd’hui, SARPI est le principal acteur en Europe dans le traitement et la valorisation des déchets dangereux. SARPI BENE (Belgique et Pays-Bas) est actif dans 2 pays et compte 8 entreprises de traitement de déchets dangereux, employant 435 personnes. Sarpi BENE fait également partie d’un réseau européen où la coopération entre ses propres installations de traitement et les clients/prospects industriels est essentielle.
**PCB Decontamination,** située sur la zone du canal à Grimbergen, fait partie de ce réseau d'entreprises. Elle est spécialisée dans la gestion et le traitement des équipements électriques (tels que les transformateurs) et autres déchets contaminés par des PCB (polychlorobiphényles).
**Description du poste**
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Site Manager qui sera responsable de la gestion quotidienne de ce site et de ses opérations:
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion opérationnelle du site dans tous ses aspects : sécurité, planning de production, maintenance, qualité, gestion des stocks, propreté, etc. Vous gérez et encadrez une équipe d'une dizaine d'employés de production et de bureau.
- Vous assurez le suivi commercial des clients et des offres.
- Vous êtes responsable de la vente de métaux recyclés et entretenez des contacts étroits avec les clients.
- Vous organisez des moments de concertation (réunions de sécurité, rondes de sécurité, etc.).
- Vous êtes responsable du rapportage et vous assurez un bon flux d’information..
- Vous entretenez des contacts étroits avec vos collègues du réseau SARPI.
- Vous participez aux projets d'amélioration et de changement.
- Vous assurez le suivi du système de qualité ISO.
- Vous contribuez au développement des activités du site.
**Qualifications**
Qu'apportez-vous ? Vous avez un diplôme de Bachelor dans un domaine lié à la production ou vous avez une expérience équivalente avec une mentalité pratique. Vous avez environ 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction pertinente (production, opérations, etc.) au sein, de préférence, d'une entreprise industrielle. Vous aimez travailler de manière indépendante et votre sens de l'initiative est très apprécié au sein de l'organisation.
En outre:
- Vous êtes un excellent communicateur et un “people manager” qui puise son énergie dans la gestion, l'orientation et la motivation d'une équipe en fonction des objectifs à atteindre.
- Vous avez une forte conscience de la sécurité.
- Vous avez une attitude commerciale et orientée vers le client.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais, du français et de l'anglais.
- Vous souhaitez mettre en valeur votre sens de l'organisation
