We are looking for a part-time Office Manager ((24 hours/week) to keep administration and HR running smoothly in
Ghent. A position that grows together with the company, so the range of duties and working hours may change in the future.

**Job description**:

- Administrative support: ad-hoc projects, calendar management, travel management, meeting rooms,
catering, etc.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Purchase Management: general purchasing and lab specific
- Point of contact for suppliers and service providers
- HR support: payroll - in collaboration with the external payroll provider, recruitment, introduction of new
employees, ad-hoc questions and projects
- Day-to-day support to colleagues
- Assist in organizing company events and gatherings

**Your profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience in similar job
- Experience in a similar environment (Bio/Food-tech) is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Dutch and English)
- A creative mindset with an ability to suggest improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and quick in learning new programs
- Able to work in team as well as independently.
