**Functie**
- You actively support the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager in managing the strategic development of the foodservice-channel of internally produced goods in 3 production-sites and externally procured goods, based on your portfolio & network-knowledge (see further).
- You are able to detect/anticipate & report upon organizational bottlenecks in the network ( warehouse capacities, unloading windows,) and support the SC Manager in solving them.
- You maintain relationships with a selection of suppliers of traded goods, together with the purchasing manager.
- You follow-up and report forecasts to these suppliers and you follow-up their production-programs; if necessary, you challenge forecasts in the organization.
- You agree upon volume-contracts for the short-term and maintain the correct contract-data in SAP.
- You plan the supply: you call-off the right quantities at the right times to the various internal and external warehouses for Margarines, Culinary Oils and Fats & you follow up KPI’s of the supplier.
- You follow-up inventory levels and inventory-master data settings; in coordination with country-commercial organizations you act as point of contact in case of supply
- or service-level issues and escalate this at supplier-level.
- You follow-up changes in specifications, packaging, sustainability questions in consultation with the QA, NPD, etc.; you follow-up corrective actions with Quality and Logistics if relevant.
- You provide the necessary business support. This includes e.g. the creation and maintenance of data in SAP (material master / vendor master / conditions / contracts / source list / etc.).

**Functie-eisen**
- You hold a Master degree or have already gained experience in supply and network-planning and have a passion for supply chain.
- You have a highly developed analytical, conceptual and synthetic mindset. At the same time, you are pragmatic, stress resistant, problem-solving and are always looking for continuous improvements.
- You are able to proactively translate insights into strategic priorities and actions.
- You are a team player, communicative & socially skilled who likes working in an international environment.
- Experience with SAP and/or APO (network planning, TLB,) is an asset.
- You are fluent in Dutch, English. French is a plus.
- You will be based at our office in Ghent.
