**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Higher Secondary education with 2 years post related experience
- Particular knowledge and experience of IFRS
- Particular knowledge of accounting in international organisations
- Proficiency in financial accounting (e.g. Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Fixed Assets, Forecasting of depreciation)
- Experience (minimum 2 years) as bookkeeper and/or accounting specialist acquired in various businesses
- Domains of expertise

ü Accounts Payable (AP)/Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger/ Payroll reconciliation, Cash Management

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Providing support to the AFC Unit for the AP and AR activities
- Providing support in the execution of the accounting transactions and reconciliation of outstanding transactions
- Performing input and reconciliation of accounting transactions using all financial ERP modules
- Providing support in the monthly and annual financial closure
- Providing support to respond to customer inquiries relating to funding and accounts
- Assisting in monitoring of collections of funds due from third parties
- Carries out hastening action for the recovery of outstanding credits
- Prepares customers status reports for all Agency customers
- Monitors payroll accounting and liaise with HRM finance section
