**De functie**:
Als Project assistant sta je in voor een uitgebreid takenpakket:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de contacten met leveranciers en fabrikanten wereldwijd ivm productinformatie, prijzen, kwaliteitsissues...;
- je staat in voor het beheer en de opvolging van klantencontracten, je staat in voor de contacten met chirurgen en artsen uit verschillende landen;
- je staat in voor het verzamelen van informatie uit de contracten, alsook het mee uitvoeren van nieuwe contracten;
- je bent de contactpersoon voor het beheer en opvolging van klachten ivm kwaliteit materiaal: communicatie naar leverancier, Accountmanager en klant;
- Je ondersteunt de project managers bij de interne (pré)-installatie van de medische apparatuur, alsook sporadisch op het terrein op de locatie bij de klant.
**Het profiel**:
Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring;
- je kan terugblikken op min. 4-5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie in technical support, ervaring in de medische sector is een pluspunt;
- je bent Nederlands of Franstalig met een redelijke kennis van de andere landstaal en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels;
- je werkt vlot met de MS Office toepassingen (Word, Excel, Outlook), kennis van een ERP (SAP/Navision/AS400) is een extra troef;
- je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en houdt van klantencontact;
- je bent sterk in administratie en hebt oog voor detail;
- je bent oplossingsgericht en kan prioriteiten leggen in jouw werk;
- je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig;
- je bent polyvalent en flexibel;
- je bent een teamplayer.
