**Who are we?**

The service unit ICT develops state of the art solutions to help the notaries and the citizens in their daily activities.

We build solutions, platforms and e-portals, to help the notaries and their employees serve the citizen and to simplify interactions between notaries, their clients and public services. The automation and administrative simplification of the notaries’ workflow is key to succeeding in this endeavor.

As a tester, you are in charge of checking that the developed software operates as expected, on both technical and functional level. You support the other members of the software design and delivery team by bringing your expertise. You are responsible for functional and non-functional testing, end-to-end testing with external partners, from integration to qualification as well as end user support for acceptance testing. You also play a role in the continuous improvement effort of testing processes and the implementation of quality assurance.

You will report to the Software Team Leader and work in close contact with functional analysts, developers and engineers within our operations department.

- Creating and executing test cases, scenarios and plans ;
- Following up on defects and issues with the team;
- To improve processes and test deliverables by:

- Automating test cases by using different tools depending on technologies and needs;
- Making improvement proposals in the testing community;
- To be an active member of the product team
- To support the technical and business teams;
- To assist your team in the estimation of the test effort and test plan required to deliver the products;
- To assist the Business and/or end-users in setting-up their acceptance testing;
- To adopt an Agile mindset and actively contribute to the team’s improvement;
- To participate to third line support in case of production incidents.

**You have...**
- A bachelor’s degree or above;
- Min. 7 years of relevant experience in software testing;
- Knowledge of test processes and methodologies;
- Experience in testing Java services, web services, soap, REST, proxy services and open standards such as XML, XSD, WSDL;
- Knowledge of tools such as e.g. HP Quality Center, SOAPUI, QTP, Loadrunner, X-Ray, Katalon, ReadyAPI, POSTMAN, JIRA, Confluence;
- Knowledge of SQL is an asset;
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM environment is a must;
- ISTQB certification is an asset.

- Fluent in French and Dutch (passive knowledge of the other language is really a must) and English.
