- Our client is looking for a _**_QA GMP Specialist._**_ The main activity will be working with Quality representatives for the on-going electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) project. Additional activities will be supporting various CoE activities, including training, on-boarding, and data management._
**Your Responsibilities?**:
- **eQMS Project**:
- PQ testing for all modules;
- Administrative support for the collection of various data (i.e. URS);
- Collect and share Project team requests (i.e. excel files with data to be filled);
- Training support for all modules (preparation of the list of attendees for each session and attendance reports, meeting facilitator, delivery of end user training, training material revision/preparation);
- Double check on data/documents to be performed with SME1 or SME2, as required;
- Draft communications/updates to be sent to GDIMQ team and/or other business stakeholders;
- Support transfer of the cases from TrackWise to Quality Source;
- Support data extraction and follow up on open tasks in TW.
- **CoE Activities**:
- Training support for GDIMQ;
- Support on-boarding/off-boarding/role change within GDIMQ;
- Support monthly data extractions.
**Your profile?**:
- Minimum 2 years working in the pharmaceutical industry, in a quality management system or Technology position.
- IT Validation experience
- Operational GMP experience
- Has the ability to effectively interact and communicate (verbally and written) with internal stakeholders on projects and related matters.
- Has the ability to work with several projects simultaneously: good organizational skills
- Fluent and confident use of English language verbal, written and reading
