Notre client est une entreprise, leader du marché belge, spécialisée dans la distribution de matériel électrique, solutions et services associés aux installateurs professionnels et aux entreprises. Nous accompagnons nos clients sur différents marchés dans le pays. En tant que grossiste, notre client distribue du matériel d'installation électrotechnique, de l'éclairage, des câbles, des solutions pour l'automatisation résidentielle et d'immeubles, des solutions d'HVAC et des systèmes d'énergie renouvelable ainsi que de l'électroménager. Notre client fait partie du groupe français international, leader du marché dans la distribution de matériel électrotechnique.
**Description**
- Participer activement au processus de recrutement et de sélection
- Être un point de contact et un partenaire inspirant lors des changements
- Contribuer à l'évaluation et à l'optimisation des politiques RH
- Coacher les responsables pour identifier les besoins de leur équipe et promouvoir le développement personnel
- Participer à l'analyse des effectifs, de la flexibilité du personnel, de l'absentéisme et de la rétention
- Maintenir le contact avec les partenaires sociaux pour garantir un climat positif
- Assurer une administration correcte des ressources humaines dans les systèmes de gestion du personnel
**Votre profil**
Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat ou d'une maîtrise, de préférence en RH ou dans un domaine connexe. Vous avez déjà 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ou dans des domaines RH pertinents dans un environnement opérationnel. Vous êtes diplomate, analytique et aimez résoudre les problèmes. Vos compétences en communication sont développées tant en néerlandais qu'en français.

Poste à pourvoir en CDI Rémunération : selon le profil et l'expérience. Avantages : Assurance groupe, possibilité de souscrire à une assurance DKV, prime annuelle sectorielle, bonus annuel, chèques-repas, possibilité de souscrire à un leasing vélo, 20 jours de congé et 6 jours de RTT, horaire de 39 h / semaine. Possibilité de formations.
