ARHS Digital is looking for a Java Developer/Test Automation Specialist for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance industry.

**Context**

Today, we are reaching the limits of our current financial system. This jeopardizes our continuity (core processes and interaction with our members) and prevents the implementation of new functionalities and audit recommendations.

The project will take the details of the transactions and the customizations outside the financial system (development of a finance hub) and ensure that only centralization items remain in the financial system.

For the realization of this challenging project, we have brought in a new dynamic and autonomous team. For this we are looking for an enterprising colleague, full of energy and passion.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Taking the test automation to heart for the project, but also working with fellow developers in the realization of the functionalities (frontend and backend). A good front-end knowledge is preferred.
- Bringing all the necessary expertise for test automation within the team: setting up the framework, choosing the right tests for automation, coding the tests, follow-up, while also passing on your knowledge to fellow developers.
- Delivering functional stories, together with your colleagues.
- Doing whatever it takes: whether that means coding backend logic, developing screens, or providing automatic end-to-end or API testing.

**Qualifications** Your profile**
- Fluent in Dutch or French, and good knowledge of the other & English.
- You convince with your flexibility, smooth communication style and professional knowledge.
- You know how to distinguish yourself through your sense of analysis and synthesis combined with a high-quality and customer-oriented attitude.
- You see a deadline as a challenge.
- You are enthusiastic, creative and dare to take initiative.
- You work independently, but you are also a team player.

**Technical skills**
- As a software professional, you can use any language and any framework. We use Typescript & AWS as our building blocks, Angular for the GUI.
- You can present a solid experience in test frameworks: Cypress & Jest.
- You are quality-oriented (TDD) and have a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience with Aurora and/or DynamoDB would be considered an asset.
- Experience with the Agile methodology SCRUM would be considered an asset.
