Product Manager Belux

Reporting into the Head of Marketing BeLux the incumbent will develop and execute strategic plans and partner with the business team.
**The Role**:
- You will lead the development and execution of strategic plans in close collaboration with the business team (cross-functional team), including in-depth analyses of the market and in line with the overall Belux and international strategy
- You will develop and execute initiatives/campaigns as a part of the tactical plan, in order to achieve commercial success in terms of value and volume
- You bring the brand story to life through innovative, patient-centric marketing campaigns and materials that you will design and implement
- You will develop the digital multichannel marketing strategy by proposing, testing and adapting new channels to reinforce customer interaction and satisfaction
- You will drive and challenge these initiatives as a lead in strategical and operational excellence
- You will ensure brand advocates involvement
- You will seek new business opportunities and optimize partnerships with GPOs in order to develop the total market and market share of our products
- You will work closely together with Medical Advisor, Key Account Managers and Market Access Manager
- You will actively contribute to the tender market by providing promotional materials, success in execution of the collaboration and preparation of the next tenders
- You will develop and execute (pre-) marketing activities for new product launch
- You will ensure stakeholder management
- You will monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities and promotional budget to enhance culture of excellence
- You will work closely together with all other departments to guarantee execution of the strategic plan in line with the compliance requirements
**Your skills and experience**:
- Graduate degree or equivalent required. Postgraduate business qualification preferred
- Scientific Degree is an asset
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written)
- At least 10 years of relevant commercial expertise in the healthcare industry.
- Successful experiences in Hospital Business and / or Orphan drugs is an additional advantage.
- Digital marketing knowledge and experiences
