As an Administration & Communication Officer at Melexis, you will
- Be the first point of contact at the reception desk
- Welcome guests
- Handle incoming phone calls and tackle incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate meeting rooms and order business lunches
- Place orders and file documents
- Write and distribute internal communications, and keep the digital information boards up to date
- Coordinate company events
- Coordinate or lead projects which may be related to administration and/or to other defined departments
- Coordinate the travel of local employees and guests according to global and local policies
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks
**Your profile**:
- Degree in Office Management, Business Support, or an equivalent
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Particular attention to discretion and handling of confidential information
- Results-oriented, organized, proactive, and dynamic person
Capability to work efficiently in an international environment
