We are looking for an experienced Adops Expert to manage and optimize various types of digital media campaigns. You will be in charge of setting up and keeping track of all the components of an ad campaign—analytics, optimization, reporting, and delivery included.
High motivation, performance-driven, analytical, and multi-tasker are key. While formal education is preferred, experience working with an ad tech team is a real plus.
**Main responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Setup, maintenance, and optimization of Direct and Programmatic ad campaigns using different ad technologies/platforms (Equativ, Xandr, Adswizz, Freewheel, Teads, etc.)
- Follow-up and cleaning of programmatic deals on a daily basis
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support and effectively escalate issues to Adops Lead if necessary
- Work closely with digital sales to ensure that campaigns are properly delivered and optimised (Vs briefing)
- Share optimisation recommendations with the rest of the team
- Quality control of campaign materials
- Responsible for the correct execution of the publisher yield according to the directives of the Adops Lead
- Responding to day-to-day issues and queries from internal and external customers, tracking ongoing tasks and ensuring requests are resolved within our service level agreements (SLAs)
- Responsible for technical on-boarding (with the Adops Manager) and on-boarding of new media partners.
- Responsible for the correct use of DMP segments in campaigns, and advanced understanding of the data ecosystem.
**Requirements**:
- Experienced profile: 4 years+ of experience in the digital media space with hands-on experience with campaign configuration and management. With proficiency in interpreting ad analytics, measuring KPIs, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with adservers, SSP’s and/or DSP’s
- BA/B.Sc. student or graduate in media, communications, business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in data analytics using Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas, Pivot, VLOOKUP) = advantage.
- Demonstrate ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Acute attention to detail, an eye for operational efficiencies, and a mastery of workflows and processes.
- Ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks coming from different sources in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate professionally in French and English, verbally and in writing - additional. Dutch = advantage
- Experience working with project management tools = advantage.
