**Over de vacature**
Het is de winter van 2017. Het eerste Pillows Hotels opent aan het Vondelpark in Amsterdam. Het concept waarbij alles écht om de gast draait, werkt. Binnen een jaar staan we in de TripAdvisor top 5 van de stad. Ook de hotels die daarop volgen behalen hoge rankings en krijgen vermeldingen in de Michelingids en Gault Millau.

Met dit 4-sterrenhotel in het centrum van Brussel zijn onze ambities hoog Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar talentvolle collega’s die alleen bij het allerbeste willen horen, waaronder een charismatische Front Office Host die meer wil doen dan alleen in
- en uitchecken.

**Wat ga je doen**
Bij Pillows Hotels willen we zoveel mogelijk bijzondere momenten creëren. Als Front Office Host ben je onlosmakelijk verbonden met de beleving van de gast en zorg je dat ieder moment wat je met de gast hebt, een fijne is. Het contact wat je hebt met gasten is vriendelijk en warm, maar nooit te zakelijk of joviaal.

Als Front Office host doe je meer dan alleen in
- en uitchecken en de telefoon aannemen. Jij bent het eerste moment van de beleving van de gast, waarbij je de wensen en voorkeuren van de gast subtiel ondervraagt en zorgt dat de gevraagde wensen worden vervuld, maar regelt ook proactief dingen waarbij je gasten verrast en hun verwachtingen overtreft. Hiervoor heb je contact met verschillende afdelingen zoals restaurant, de keuken en de housekeeping.

Dit doe je uiteraard niet alleen, maar samen met ons ambitieuze team vol toppers die niets anders willen dan de sterren van de hemel spelen.
