**What does a Junior Commercial Banking Advisor do at Tobania?**
As a Junior Commercial Banking Advisor, you will work from a local bank agency at our client's location (Region: Ninove-Opwijk). You support the sales and customer care team in managing customer relationships and generating new sales opportunities. Your tasks are very diverse and include the following responsibilities:
- **You are the primary point of contact for both individual and business customers**, answering all their inquiries and providing information about banking products and services. You assist end-users in opening and closing accounts, processing payments, handling transactions, and more.
- **You handle customer cases from A to Z**: you listen, analyse, and advise. For more complex issues, **you can rely on support from an internal team of specialists** from various departments to ensure all customer cases are handled carefully and professionally.
- **You actively support the sales team in generating new leads.** When interacting with customers, if you spot new sales opportunities, you pass them on to the team or close them yourself.
- **You contribute to improving internal business processes**, the customer journey, and communication with customers.
**Who are we looking for?**:
**Education**: A bachelor's or master's degree is a must, preferably in a financial or commercial field.
**Experience**:Our client provides the necessary training and support to help you quickly integrate into the team. Prior work experience is not required, but having had an internship or job experience as a student in a banking or sales environment is a significant advantage.
**Languages**:Dutch or French is your native language, but you also express yourself fluently in the other national language. Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
**Personal Interests**: You have a strong interest in the financial sector and are eager to delve deeper into the fascinating world of banking products and services.
**Strengths**: You are a true team player, but you can also work independently and multitask effectively. You are attentive to customers, and with your customer-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills, you find suitable answers to all their questions. Moreover, you excel at spotting sales opportunities.
