**As an Business Developer Manager and future Team Manager, what will the job be?**

You will be in charge of a client portfolio**:major accounts and BEL20, in various industries: Energy-Utilities, Finance, Retail, Telco Transportation, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector**

**You**:

- **create and implement the commercial strategy**
- **contribute to create new offers and expertise**
- take an active part in **process improvements: every idea or feedback is welcome**
- **prospect and build customer loyalty with decision makers (C-Levels) **to identify new projects and needs, and understand their **complex environments & challenges.**
- **are the point of contact** for your client, and work in close collaboration with the HR & consulting teams, to identify the perfect consultants for each project or need,
- **build competitive and relevant proposals to create** the best offer (consultants’ team, expertise, conditions),
- get Team Leadership: building and developing your own team of **high potential consultants**
