**FUNCTIE**

Als gevolg van onze voortdurende inzet voor efficiëntieverbetering binnen onze onderhoudsafdeling, zijn we op zoek naar een Asset Beheerder die zal bijdragen aan het beheren van onze assetstructuur en gegevens.

Als Asset Beheerder zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volgende taken:

- Beheren van de asset boomstructuur: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en onderhouden van de asset boomstructuur om de technische objecten te identificeren.
- Vastleggen van basisgegevens: Dit omvat het vastleggen van essentiële informatie over elke installatie en de onderliggende technische objecten, zoals leveranciersinformatie, OEM-details, serienummers, enzovoort.
- Beheren van technische gegevens: Je zorgt voor het bijhouden van technische gegevens, waaronder type, klasse, technische tekeningen, documenten, kenmerken en certificaten van de technische objecten.
- Registratie van materialen: Het verzamelen en registreren van materialen in de stuklijst/Bill of Materials (BOM) van de asset.
- Beheren van tekeningen en documenten: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het adequaat beheren van technische tekeningen en documentatie.
- Beheren van asset gebonden vergunningen: Zorg ervoor dat alle asset gebonden vergunningen up-to-date zijn en correct worden beheerd.
- Beheren van het technische materiaalassortiment: Je stelt de artikel-aanvragen vast en beoordeelt deze, en voegt artikelen toe aan het assortiment indien nodig.

**PROFIEL**
- Minimaal een bachelor's degree in een technische richting.
- Kennis van MS Office
- Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail.
- Kennis of het willen aanleren van asset managementprincipes en -processen.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Voldoende kennis van het Frans en/of Nederlands
- Teamspeler met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
