Shipment Assistant

The U. S. Embassy in Brussels is looking for a Shipment Assistant to work from its European Logistical Support Office (ELSO) location in Antwerp (Noorderlaan 147).

Provides comprehensive stock supplies and equipment as well as transportation services in support of the Foreign Affairs community worldwide. Develops full-service logistics strategies designed in the best interest of the U.S. Government while following ever changing local and international laws. Acts independently in using all commercial and U.S. Government modes and techniques to accomplish this goal.

Salary as of €4.775 gross/month.

EDUCATION: Completion of secondary school.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years of experience in the transportation field.

LANGUAGE: Fluency in Dutch. Good working knowledge in English.
