**EQUANS**,** **the new name of ENGIE Solutions in Belgium, is looking for an **Expeditor** (Hoboken).

The activity of expediting mitigates the damage caused by delays due to late delivery or planning changes. Expediting minimizes the risk of increased expense and potential unsatisfied clients (both internally and externally) by passively and actively keeping track of the delivery progress and the timely signaling of potential delay to procurement and project management.

As a service within the Supply Chain department, expediting is concerned at Hoboken yard with:

- expediting as activity (mentionned in the description above):

- follow up of orders (PO 47 - 48’s) and creating visibilty over deliveries, tracking status of orders from ‘PO sent out’ to ‘item put away’ in the WHS
- ensuring a smooth data flow between order and actual delivery and a smooth (flawless) operations flow:

- linking procurement and warehouse
- sight for planning and engineering
- having an overview what is to be expected when for the project
- with info related to items (Item master data)
- 1PR/item master data office:

- creation of article numbers: recurrent - tools - consumables - rental - grey zone (traceable free issue)
- data consolidation: correction, doubles, obsolete items
- data maintenance: single source of truth throughout tools
- start of the circle of visibility & traceability
- purchase requisition in SAP
- order confirmation & delivery announcement:

- check/chase order confirmation
- grant receipt/entrance number
- (s)poc supplier
- i.e. start of delivery process
- check/chase order confirmation
- grant receipt/entrance number
- (s)poc supplier
- i.e. start of delivery process
- expediting:

- organised per project or yard activity
- both active and passive
- start to end: PO send out until WHS delivery (+ in between milestones)
- entrance control
- check deliveries on compliance with entrance procedure
- allow or reject access to the yard
- report in access software
- support office:

- rectification of PO’s
- blocked Invoices
- training & demo’s
- advice on current processes and procedures (int.ext.)
- processes and systems:

- SAP
- analyse and advise on process improvements: promote internal efficiency
- scan the market upon request
- process design & manuals
- WMS (roadmap internal requests for change)
- external contacts: suppliers, contractors
- internal contacts: project buyers, project team and M&M, procurement team, warehouse, cost controllers, planners, engineers, work preparation

**Your skills & competences**:

- education: administration
- you have a first working experience within a call center
- you are able to get things done, in a structured way and to certain deadlines
- detailed driven and accurate
- figure driven and analytical
- decisive and persistent
- you are able to manage good relationships with different stakeholders and our partners while monitoring EQUANS’ interests
- good communication skills and reporting capability towards internal and external stakeholders
- you are able to express yourself in English, Dutch and French
