**Functie**:
Als **H&S **coordinator** ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van de veiligheidscampagne en de daarbij horende veiligheidscultuur.
Je houdt ook steeds belanghebbenden op de hoogte van de “0 ongevallen”-strategie en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen deze visie steunt.

Je bent gemotiveerd en vindt veiligheid een prioriteit. Door jouw enthousiaste communicatie in combinatie met technische kennis probeer je iedereen mee op de kar te krijgen om van onze klant een veilige en gezonde werkplek te maken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn de volgende:

- Het **ontwikkelen** en **implementeren** van een sterke **veiligheidsstrategie,** door de vernieuwende en doeltreffende veiligheidsinitiatieven op poten te zetten, dit samen met jouw collega’s;
- Mee bouwen aan een **veiligheidsbeleid** dat voldoet aan de voorschriften en industrienormen die je daarna in de belanghebbende teams implementeert alsook verspreidt doorheen de organisatie;
- Dankzij jouw fantastische **risicoanalyses** op de werkplaats probeert onze klant de risico’s te beperken;
- Het **analyseren** en **optimaliseren** van **veiligheidsprocessen** en -procedures is geen enkel probleem voor jou;
- Wanneer er een ongeval, incident, bijna-ongeval of letsel op de werkvloer gebeurt, sta jij paraat om de **oorzaak** te **onderzoeken** en maatregelen door te voeren om dit geen twee keer te laten gebeuren;
- Je zorgt voor **regelmatige rapportage** en geeft updates aan het senior management en relevante autoriteiten omtrent de status van gezondheid en veiligheid binnen de organisatie;
- Tot slot zorg je er ook voor dat het veiligheidsbeleid van de organisatie correct wordt toegepast. Daarnaast voer je ook **regelmatig audits** en **inspecties** uit om gevallen van niet-naleving op te sporen en recht te zetten.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:

- Een **bachelordiploma** of** 2-5 jaar ervaring** binnen een operationele functie;
- Je spreekt vloeiend **Nederlands** en **Engels;**:

- Een mooie kennis over **veiligheidsmanagementprincipes** en **-methodologiën;**:

- Een diploma als preventieadviseur is geen must, maar ervaring met werken binnen een omgeving waar veiligheid centraal staat is zeker een voordeel;
- ** Bestaande veiligheidsprocessen** in vraag stellen en procesverbeteringen doorvoeren schrikt jou niet af;
- ** Teamplayer** is hoe je jou zou kunnen omschrijven. Je smeedt namelijk banden tussen alle belanghebbenden om samen te kunnen streven naar een veiligere werkomgeving;
- Dankzij jouw **overtuigingskracht** kan je collega’s naar een hoger en beter niveau van veiligheid brengen.
