**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience**:

- 5+ years of recent experience in the technical management and day-by-day support of a large MS Exchange infrastructure
- Detailed knowledge and pr oven working experience of Microsoft Windows Server Systems (2012/2016) in multi-forest environment
- Working knowledge of directory services such as Active Directory, and DNS
- Practical experience of Windows scripting and the Exchange Management Shell
- Good understanding of LAN security, Internet security and protection mechanisms
- Sound knowledge of enterprise level Identity Management and Synchronization products such as Microsoft Identity Manger or Quest Migration Manager

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Provide expertise in the Microsoft Exchange lifecycle - deployment, maintenance and decommission of the system
- Day-to-day administration and monitoring of NATO’s centralized GAL synchronization service
- 2nd and 3rd level support of the assigned systems: troubleshooting, evaluating and responding to incidents and service requests supporting system administrators NATO-wide with an ability to set priorities without requiring direction
- Create and maintain technical documentation of assigned systems
