**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Your daily life will be using best practices to design and implement various infrastructures and interacting with customers on a regular basis.
As a Cloud Architect you will:
- Participate in multiple client projects - from building new infrastructures to migrations, audits, and big data
- Assist with workshops and design recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor to some of our largest clients, in teams that deliver cutting-edge and effective IT solutions - often for some of the most business
- and society-critical IT systems in Belgium
- Follow customer projects from inception to handover
- Gain knowledge of different industries within public and private customers
- Bring your own vision and experience to bear as you work with our teams to bring new technologies to life and open up unprecedented opportunities for our customers
Who are you?
- You have several years of practical experience in cloud architecture design and/or development
- You have solid experience with one or more Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud or Google Cloud)
- You have a background in Windows and/or Linux
- You have experience with design and development of systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings
- You have knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and container technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- You bring knowledge of security, networking, storage, and databases
- You can take our customers' current technology platforms and combine them with the latest technologies
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
In order to be successful in this role you should demonstrate:
- Experience in working with one or more Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud/IBM Cloud)
- Experience in design and development of systems based on IaaS, PaaS and SaaS offerings
- Working knowledge with CI/CD pipelines and container technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Fluent English and **Dutch or French** (written & spoken)
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
In addition to your technical skills, we would like you to have a strong business understanding and good communication skills.
