**Controls Specialist**

**Description**

We have a diverse team of engineers dedicated to the development of existing and future products for customers on a global scale. We are currently looking for a **Controls Specialist**

join our team. The role will report to the Controls Engineering - Chief Engineer.

**Your tasks**
- Responsible for the control system engineering activities for one or more electrolyzer control system software modules. Engineering activities may include specification, design, implementation, configuration, and testing.
- Configures control system components, including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
- Assists with commissioning of control systems including Ethernet networks, fieldbuses, and smart instrumentation including installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Develops and maintains documentation for the electrolyzer control system.

**Your profile**
- College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.
- Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required (experience with Hydrogen Electrolyzers is preferred).
- Ability to work well in teams and independently
- Takes initiative, is innovative, and has keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multitasking environment with plant engineers, external vendors, operators, and management to manage projects and assignments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, takes ownership, and capable of starting new processes from scratch.
- Proficient in English - Written and Verbal.
