Wil jij front-ends ontwikkelen van webapplicaties met honderdduizenden gebruikers?

Als front-end developer bij iO in Brussel werk je niet voor, maar mét **Belgische en internationale klanten** zoals FOD BOSA, Brussel Hoofdstedelik Gewest, Doyen, Nationale Loterij, Lidl, Europese Commissie, Stad Mechelen,... Je ontwikkelt niet zomaar websites. Samen met je team realiseer je **slimme, langdurige oplossingen** die bepalend zijn voor de business van onze klanten.

Je gaat aan de slag in **een zelfsturend Scrumteam **met architecten, designers, back-end developer, business analisten en testers. Soms samen met je directe collega’s, soms met developers van de klant en soms met collega’s van onze vestiging in Bulgarije. Naast werken op onze gezellige Campus in Brussel behoort **gedeeltelijk thuiswerken of deels op locatie van onze klanten** werken ook tot de mogelijkheden.

Samen met hen werk je aan een zo r**elevant en persoonlijk mogelijke gebruikerservaring**. Geen baas dus die zegt wat je moet doen, maar eigen verantwoordelijkheid nemen en met je team beslissingen nemen. En dat alles in **nauwe samenwerking **met de klant.

Als Front-end Developer heb je **constant de vinger aan de pols van het project**, van start tot live gang. **Jij bent dé schakel **tussen design, interactie en implementatie. Van nature heb je oog voor detail. Alles gaat bij jou om een **totaalplaatje dat tot in de puntjes is afgewerkt. **Samen met je collega front-enders til jij je werk naar een steeds hoger niveau en sta je voor de kwaliteit die we leveren.

Natuurlijk beschik jij over ervaring als Front-end Developer. Maar daarnaast vinden we het nog belangrijker om te weten wie jij bent. Jouw kennis en ervaring delen met je collega’s? Graag** Samen inspireren jullie elkaar** om een stapje verder te gaan.

Kennis is de basis van alles wat je bij iO doet. Dat betekent niet alleen dat je groeit door in kleinschalige teams aan uitdagende projecten te werken. Of dat je jouw persoonlijke groeipad volledig zelf kunt vormgeven. Er zijn daarnaast ook nog allerlei initiatieven waaraan je kunt deelnemen óf die je zelf kunt organiseren, zoals opleidingen, conferenties of workshops. Daarnaast kun je optioneel lid zijn van een Expert Group, waarin je met collega’s met verschillende achtergronden innovaties uitzoekt en proof-of-concepts ontwikkelt.

Wat je meebrengt als Senior Frontend Developer
- Minimaal 4 - 6 jaar ervaring als Front-end Developer
- Je kunt uit de voeten met React, Docker en GraphQL
- Kennis van NextJS 14, React Server, Angular en/of Vue is een plus
- Je bent vertrouwd met TypeScript en JavaScript
- Je wil graag werken bij/met enterprise organisaties
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse/Franse en Engelse taal goed
- Je ben een teamspeler, communicatief en met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Je bent vertrouwd met accessibility, visual design en UX design
- Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de business van je klant en denkt proactief mee met het platform
- Je daagt jezelf graag uit en bent nooit uitgeleerd
