As Mechanic, you are responsible for the mechanical maintenance of the technical installations and rolling stock at the terminals. You will assist the Supervisor Garage for troubleshooting.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to read plans, especially mechanical plans, is essential. Reading electrical plans is a plus.
- Knowledge of welding techniques (electric arc, oxyfuel) is a plus
- You can communicate fluently
- You have a service-oriented attitude
- You can think in a problem-solving way
- You are not afraid of heights
- You take initiative where necessary with a focus on quality & safety
- You are flexible in terms of working hours (standby duty and occasional shift work)

**Responsibillities**
- Carrying out preventive maintenance and repairs on the technical installations such as forklift trucks, payloaders, excavators and rolling stock.
- Follow-up and reporting of work performed
- Registration of the activities
- Looking up spare parts for order
