Wat doe je als host?
- Als host - sportanimator zorg je voor een nette en functionerende omgeving zodat de gasten maximaal van hun bezoek kunnen genieten.
- Via een persoonlijk contact met de bezoekers inspireer en adviseer je hen sporten te ontdekken binnen Sparkx. Je bent klantgericht en streeft dankzij een steeds aanwezige glimlach naar een ongeziene klantbeleving. Als ondernemer ben je in staat een connectie te maken met de omgeving (bedrijven, scholen, sportclubs).
- Je helpt Sparkx beter worden door opportuniteiten te signaleren of deze aan te pakken.
- Je bent stipt en respecteert ten allen tijden de veiligheidsprocedures. Zo garandeer je de veiligheid van bezoekers en collega’s.
- Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en denkt steeds mee in functie van de klant.

- Je bent enthousiast en gemotiveerd om steeds het beste uit de dag en de mens te halen.
- Je dynamiek en energie geven onze bezoekers die extra boost om nieuwe sporten te ontdekken.
- Je proactieve houding zorgt ervoor dat je je snel aan kan passen aan de situatie.
- Je bent flexibel op vlak van inzetbaarheid (avondwerk / weekendwerk)
- Je bent leergierig en wilt blijven groeien binnen Sparkx
- Je werkt met dezelfde energie als je sport, we play to win
