We zijn op zoek naar een dynamische en gepassioneerde Functional Analyst om ons groeiende team te versterken. Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het identificeren van bedrijfsbehoeften, het analyseren van processen en het vertalen hiervan naar bruikbare technische oplossingen. Als brug tussen onze klanten en technische teams zorg je ervoor dat de oplossingen die we leveren zowel effectief zijn als afgestemd op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand met een passie voor zowel technologie als bedrijfsstrategie, die goed kan functioneren in een fast-paced en multidisciplinaire omgeving.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:
- Samenwerken met klanten en stakeholders om bedrijfsbehoeften te inventariseren en te documenteren, zodat je hun noden goed begrijpt.
- Deze behoeften omzetten in functionele vereisten en user stories.
- De voortgang van het project bewaken, risico's identificeren en belanghebbenden regelmatig op de hoogte houden om afstemming te garanderen.
- Analyseren en vormgeven van bedrijfsprocessen om efficiëntie te bevorderen.
- Samenwerken met solution architects en development teams om business requirements te vertalen in duidelijke, bruikbare technische specificaties.
- Creëren en onderhouden van uitgebreide projectdocumentatie, waaronder functionele specificaties, procesflows en user stories.
- Workshops en vergaderingen faciliteren om vereisten te verzamelen en consensus tussen belanghebbenden te bereiken.
- Ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling en implementatie van bedrijfsoplossingen en ervoor zorgen dat deze voldoen aan de overeengekomen vereisten en verwachtingen.

- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, informatietechnologie of een verwant vakgebied.
- Bewezen ervaring als Business Analyst of in een vergelijkbare rol, idealiter binnen een technologiegerichte omgeving.
- Sterke kennis van bedrijfsprocessen en het vermogen om deze effectief te modelleren en te optimaliseren.
- Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Kennis van bedrijfsanalysetools en projectmanagementmethodologieën, zoals Agile en Scrum.
- Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om samen te werken in verschillende teams.
- Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken terwijl je meerdere projecten beheert in een dynamische omgeving.

**Aanbevolen kwalificaties**:
- Ervaring binnen de IT-industrie of met technologiegedreven projecten.
- Je hebt ervaring met data en of AI gerelateerde technologieën, of je hebt de ambitie om deze vaardigheden (op hoog niveau) te verwerven.
- Bekendheid met de levenscyclus van softwareontwikkeling (SDLC) en IT-infrastructuur.
- Kennis van data analyse en visualisatie tools (bijv. PowerBI, Tableau, of vergelijkbaar).
