**Online Product Specialist Sportsbook**
**What you do**:
- Act as a SPOC for all online sportsbook related questions from internal departments and our online sportsbook product suppliers. Respond to escalated product related customer requests. Assure that every person of interest is aware of what we are doing.
- Identify player/business needs and spot market trends and opportunities to build our products with features that improve engagement and retention. Grow and assure the quality of the user base. Translate these needs into requirements for new to market features and negotiate the integration of these with our white label sportsbook partner.
- Set up a marketing plan for Online Sportsbook and assure follow up by internal departments and suppliers.
- Analyse the general performance of the product, player base and the impact of above marketing efforts. Take actions on results of the analysis. Report on both analysis and solutions to management.
- Analyse national and international competitors and suppliers’ websites and stay up to date on new product marketing trends.
- Control our betting offer and margin and challenge our supplier continuously to make sure it is adapted to our market.
- Conduct investigations on big winning users on demand of the controlling department or the bookmakers.
- Report to Product Lead on a daily base on upcoming events, promotions, problems, market trends,
- Align the online sportsbook offer with our offline offer trough daily communication with the offline sportsbook department.

You are on top of what the market has to offer but of course cannot know everything. Collaboration, active listening and teamwork are also important to you. You love learning thanks to other people and understand what you bring to a company has to be articulated with other teams and departments to have the most impact possible. From gaming halls staff to newcomers or directors, every single person can bring something to the table.
**Some of your talents**:
- Passionate about gaming, sports and betting, you have some professional experience with the sector and with digital platforms/products
- Expertise in product management and development is not needed but you are organised, structured and pragmatic in your way of working
- Excellent communication and presentations skills ideally in French and Dutch, you are also comfortable to communicate in English
- Independent and solution-oriented, you also like working as part of a team
- Flexible, you know some issues or events can happen around the clock and are open to adapt your shifts and schedule when needed
- Passion for digital products and comfortable with new technologies and online platforms
- Experience in project management and knowledge of relevant tools such as the Atlassian Suite or Asana could help
