Voor een bedrijf in de regio Dendermonde zijn we op zoek naar een productieverantwoordelijke om een team van een 15-tal productiemedewerkers te leiden en het productieproces te organiseren.

**Over de organisatie**

Je komt terecht in een gevestigde, dynamisch en groeiend familiebedrijf dat actief is in de metaalindustrie en trots is op het product dat het aflevert.

**Jouw nieuwe functie**
- Als productieverantwoordelijke ben je de rechterhand van de plant manager en ben je verantwoordelijke voor het opvolgen en organiseren van de productie, met oog voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
- Je geeft dagelijkse leiding aan een 15-tal productiemedewerkers.
- Je maakt de productie
- en logistieke planning op zodat er efficiënt geproduceerd wordt.
- Je zorgt voor de operationele administratie (oa via ERP).
- Bij technische storingen zorg je dat er snel en efficiënt wordt ingegrepen.
- Je bent het operationele aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en medewerkers.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een hoger, bij voorkeur technisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent een echte people manager die zijn mensen op een positieve manier weet te motiveren.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving.
- Je bent handson en je hebt een can do mentaliteit.
- Je hebt goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
