**Job Description**:
Arhs Digital is looking for a **Solution Architect** familiar with **Infrastructure & Security**, who can capture business needs, model, and defend them for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the **insurance sector.**
As an experienced Solution Architect, you will:
- Capture the business needs of internal clients in the P&C retail insurance
- Capture the constraints & opportunities of the environment / ecosystem
- Document the solution
- Make sure the solution is accepted & understood by all stakeholders
- Come to head-office in Brussels 2-3 days per week
**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**
- Degree in computer sciences or equivalent by experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to write advanced documents and persuasive **presentation skills** in English
- Define and analyse user requirements and advise customers on scope and options for business and IT improvements
- Flexible, pro-active, structured and quality oriented
- Team player and able to leverage the knowledge of your peers to build the best possible solution
- Knowledge of **French**
**Technical skills**
- ** 7-10** years of experience in the IT sector
- ** 3-6** years in IT solutions design on complex projects
- Experience with **Archimate & Sparx**
Be legally authorized to work in Belgium and not require sponsorship for employment visa.
