**Function**:
This job situates in the Procurement department. The CSI manager is part of the Procurement Center of Excellence team.

The continual/continuous service improvement (CSI) manager considers the common practices and processes of the department and adapts them to the ever-evolving business needs. At the same time, they get challenged with the intent to continuously improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

As a Procurement CSI Manager you will consider especially the source-to-contract processes, which include supplier boarding, contracting and ordering processes in this context.

To fully support the Buyer community in their activities, the CSI Manager produces the vital Spend Cube reports and monthly dashboard and provides insights with these data that will help Buyer pinpoint attention points or business opportunities and synergies,.e.g. in the area of improving WAPT or with respect to vendor financing.

The CSI Manager helps Buyers improve data quality delivering comprehensive status reports on the contract life cycle and the actions that contract expiration and termination triggers.

Another aspect covers the Savings targets reporting (tapping into the budgeting AOP and savings registration OLT sources) and tracking of KPI’s and OKR’s. Where necessary, the CSI Manager will provide support to individual Buyers by delivering ad-hoc reporting and guide them in the administrative part of the supplier boarding and contracting processes. This immediately serves as input to improve these processes, of which the CoE team considers itself the owner. The CoE team provides the necessary assistance to the ordering process, including the management of items and item price lists. Telenet Procurement uses Oracle ERP (R9/Cloud) as its Contract Management System (CMS); Liberty Global uses the SAP Ariba product for the same purposes.

In addition, you will help to build, maintain, extend and optimize the reporting framework supporting these processes and covering the activities interfacing other departments within Finance, Telenet and Liberty Global. The latter includes:

- Risk Management in its different aspects
- Compliance reporting, follow-up and monitoring
- Implementing sustainability initiatives and track their progress
- Owning the tail spend process and its interfaces towards the Buyer team

Communication occurs both internal (business stakeholders, Liberty) and external (suppliers, retail, ). The Procurement CoE is the SPOC for its counterpart at Liberty Global.

**Key roles & responsibilities**:
Improve, facilitate, support and implement comprehensive processes for the Procurement team’s supplier boarding and contracting activities.

Be responsible for setting up and actioning on agreed KPI’s (savings, WAPT improvement targets) and reporting co-determined with finance and Liberty Global

Strive for Continuous Business Improvement through innovation and analyzing opportunities cross-departmental and optimization projects while cooperating with Buyer team and P2P teams in agreement with the VP Procurement.

Communicate on a high-level with internal (business stakeholders, Liberty) and external parties (suppliers, retail, )

Highly required knowledge of basic Procurement processes, understanding the market, industry and cooperation with other departments and LGI

Strong analytical skills (for proper scenario management) and use sophisticated planning tools

Co-create senior management targets and goals and work to achieve those

People management skills

The Procurement team manages a combined spend of around 1.2billion € per annum in the procurement-controlled domains.

**Profile**:
University degree or equal by experience

At least 3 years in a Procurement (support) environment

Proven track record with strong focus on KPI’s & reporting, analyses and financial targets

Internal and external collaboration with suppliers, T&I, Finance functions ,

Experience with Finance, Procurement and process optimization.

Language: Dutch, French, English

Proactive mindset and problem solver with a positive attitude

Communicative/ presentation skills
