You don’t become the second largest steel company in the world without a strong IT department. Supply Chain & Quality is a part of IT at ArcelorMittal, where they’re currently looking for an IT Analyst to build the bridge between the business and IT.
You can learn a lot from your more experienced colleagues. Besides analytical work, you’ll also be doing some project management, operational support, and management of a small IT team.
As IT Analyst for the Supply Chain, your responsibilities include:

- Learning, analysing and optimising supply chain processes
- Translating commercial orders into technical specifications and material routes
- Developing a long-term plan
- Managing customer needs in relation to materials in production, in stock or still to be produced
- Managing quality checks and releases
- Managing logistics and transport towards customers

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated, who wants to become an expert in IT analysis. A background in IT and business knowledge of transport, logistics, order planning or supply chain are obviously welcome, but not a must.

- Fluent in Dutch and English
