**Who is Ardo?**

Ardo, with headquarters in **Ardooie**, is an internationally **expanding production company with expertise in fresh-frozen vegetables, herbs, and fruit. **Ardo was founded in 1960 by Edward Haspeslagh, who saw a great future for frozen products, and is still owned by the same family today.

They have 20 production, packing & distribution sites in 9 countries (Europe) and sell their products in more than 100 countries. It’s a financially stable company with a **turnover of 1.2 billion euros **in 2021 and **4000 employees**. They have a strong ambition to grow on an international scale.

As a company Ardo is determined to play a leading role in sustainability (with sustainable agricultural production methods, focus on reducing food waste,) and wants to focus on innovation to make their growth possible.

**IT structure, landscape and challenges ahead**

Today Ardo is going through multiple transformations, one of these with the goal to create an efficient IT structure and innovative IT landscape that prepares them for the future (growth):

- The **global implementation of S/4HANA**:

- Transforming from a local approach to a more **centralized approach **by creating a Group IT structure with a center of excellence in Belgium
- Creating a more **uniform IT landscape**: i.e., 1 ERP system, using the same IT methodologies,
- Redesigning their IT team towards a Plan, Build and Run concept

At the moment they are looking for a** Business Analyst Customer Facing **to join their internal team.

**As a **Business Analyst Customer Facing**:

- You act as the SAP SD Solution Architect, together with the SAP Template team of the external partner, **responsible from A-Z for the Sales/SAP SD scope and architecture** in function of:

- the planned rollouts of S/4HANA
- the future improvements/ digitalization of the Sales process
- During those rollouts you **identify the potential gaps in the current template **and develop and **improve the existing deployment template.**:

- You** play an active role during the realization phase, Go-live and the aftercare.**:

- You actively **support a team **of functional analysts in SAP, including demonstrating and explaining processes and **coordinating projects within S/4HANA.**:

- Together with the IT Application Manager and IT Director, you will be responsible:

- for mapping and setting up to roadmap to **digitalize the customer service and e-commerce processes**:

- to select the vendor/tool
- to oversee the design of the solution and the implementation

**Vos talents**:
**You bring to the table**:

- You have a **mínimal of 5-7 years of experience with sales processes and SAP SD**:

- You should have prior **experience in an architectural role** or a keen interest in pursuing a career as an architect.
- You have a **good understanding of the CRM and e-commerce processes and solutions **or are willing to dive into this domain.
- Experience in **S/4HANA is a plus.**:

- You have good analytical skills, with both detail and helicopter views.
- You have strong communication skills and know how to work together with different stakeholders.
- Language skills: English is a must; Dutch and French are an asset.
- You are willing to travel for short trips within Europe.
