Clinical Trial Associate Team Lead

We are looking for a **Clinical Trial Associate Team Lead** to join us in our **Global Clinical Operations** team, based in any of our Brussels (Belgium), Monheim (Germany) or Slough (UK) offices.
As a **Clinical Trial Associate Team Lead** you will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Clinical Trial Associates globally
- Ensure that the CTA team support the clinical study team as required.
- Provide mentorship, guidance and support to all CTA’s including less experienced CTAs to enable their development.
- Ensure internal processes are set up and fit for purpose to support the UCB CTAs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practice experience with Line Manager and/or CTA team.
- Successfully collaborate & partner with all our internal and external stakeholders such as PVUs, Strategic Partners, and if needed, Patients and Investigators.
- Continue to find efficiencies between UCB systems and Partner systems (e.g. IMPACT, TMF, Source Quality, U Pilot, SharePoint, MS Teams) to ensure effective use of CTA support.
- Support the implementation of new technologies/systems in clinical trials managed by GCSO.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Self-starter ready with the ability to lead large and small global, cross functional teams.
- Curious and agile
- Ability to coach & mentor
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Clinical Development process and the management of clinical trials.
- Team leadership and strong people management skills
