**Functie**
- Research market and evaluate pricing benchmarks for maintenance service plans and other customer services.
- Develop metrics and monitor the competitiveness of company products and services.
- Create detailed reporting for service programs, aircraft warranty, and other related products and services.
- Perform ongoing profitability analysis for each major business initiative.
- Perform aircraft cost modeling and recommend savings initiatives.
- Identify, develop, and validate new product options and service opportunities related to the operation and maintenance of aircraft.
- Support Sales with specific strategies to generate incremental business growth and customer loyalty.
- Cross training as required to support other Analytics & Strategy functions.
- Identify process improvements to enhance business productivity
**Functie-eisen**
- Bachelors’ degree from a four-year college or university in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Data Science or a related field is required.
- Two or more years of experience in aviation aftermarket services, preferably in the business jet environment. Knowledge of aviation aftermarket revenue and cost is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in collecting, analyzing and manipulating large amounts of data and performing financial modeling and analysis.
- Previous directly related experience in Business Operations, Parts Logistics, Senior leadership liaison, Contracts or Business Development.

- Strong messaging skills for conveying strategic decisions and explorations
- Possess strong organization/time management skills, with a focus on project management methodology.
- Must be results oriented with strong decision making ability to include negotiation and conflict resolution skills, along with strong problem solving skills.
- Strong computer skills needed (Microsoft Suite, Visio) - Preferred skills: (R, Python, Business Objects, Salesforce)
