Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable manages the Organization's/ Client’s financial responsibilities related to payables and efficiently manages the payment processes. This role aims to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, adherence to financial policies and procedures, and maintenance of strong vendor relationships while contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
Responsibilities:
Accept, verify and process incoming invoices for goods and services
- Checks (prices, discounts, references, client data, stamp of approval) of incoming invoicing & correct if needed
- Processing of invoices in SAP (to re-invoice)
- Processing of invoices to Accountancy department (to pay local suppliers)
- Single point of contact (SPOC) for local supplier for invoice related topics and Distrigo hubs
- Other support
- Mailout monthly network list to all local suppliers
- Admin support in environmental declarations
**About you**
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is studying in a financial area, has experience with administrative tasks, wants to have a hybrid working envoirement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English/Dutch and French, languages are required within this position
- Study in bookkeeping, accountancy, or related experience within accounts payable department
- Good teamplayer
- Experience working with MS Office
- Working experience SAP (Preferred no Must)

- Hybrid working conditions (4 days per week home based, 1 day in the office in Brussels).
- Flexible worktimes (starting 8.00 or 9.00 hour till 17.00 or 18.00).
