**International Post Corporation (IPC)** is a corporation of 26 posts from North-America, Asia Pacific and Europe. IPC is the world leader in innovative technology solutions for the global postal industry. Our services touch every area of international postal traffic from new and better reporting for international postal letters and packages traffic to implementing new ways to facilitate e-commerce across the globe. IPC’s services are used by up to 190 posts worldwide. During the COVID-19 crisis, IPC played an instrumental role to ensure the continuity of postal flows.
IPC is currently looking for an **Intercompany Pricing Assistant** to strengthen the Intercompany Pricing team by supporting key tasks related to remuneration discussions and pricing calculations. This is a **replacement contract of 6 months**, on a full-time basis.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare regular reports and simulations on pricing performance, highlighting trends and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Monitor correctness and completeness of payment reports produced and support the process of data analysis (i.e., report results)
- Collaborate with other stakeholders internally and externally to support preparation of rate calculations and collect data needed for those
- Manage calculation and accounting tools
- Support the process of responding members’ pricing and accounting inquiries
The Intercompany Pricing Assistant will report to the Manager Intercompany Pricing and support the Intercompany Pricing team.
**Experience**
Essential:
- 3-5 years relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Proficient numeracy skills
- Good data management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Desirable:
- Project Management
- Knowledge of IT processes
- Testing system functionalities (e.g., reports)
- Knowledge of logistics, preferably postal
- Familiarity with (international) user groups and meetings
- Knowledge of ticketing system (preferably jira)
**Qualifications and skills**
- Strong analytical skills, feeling comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills, specifically:
